Very nice usage of multiple stock images. The combination of a lot of images has made this piece detailed in some areas and more simple in others. I like the scene you have created here with the house next to the water, the reflection of the house and the sky and other things in the water such as the birds helps to create a realistic effect. The addition of the animals is nice and they fit will with the scenery. The way the background is more soft and fades off into the distance, this helps to create depth, while the foreground is more detailed and the use of difference in sizes of the same objects, like the plants also helps to create this depth.
